As summer is coming to a close and school is back, the structure of a schedule and routine is a welcome addition, for most people. And rightfully so!
Getting our routines back on track are important steps to re-establish.
Every summer between vacations and camps we see our most inconsistent patient schedule at our office. Often lost in the shuffle of summer is proper habits. I'm sure you've noticed that things change. For instance, like exercise routines? Home cooked dinner's? Regular chiropractic adjustments? All of these routines seem to change and oftentimes suffer. We hope you are doing well though! Truly we do!
But now that the kiddos are back in school, we hope you can establish & maintain all of the habits again that are making your life better. Thanks for reading!
