As we are establishing our routines again we are transitioning into health...



Now that summer is over, hopefully we are re-establishing better sleep routines. Going to bed earlier and probably waking up earlier too. Which is great! It puts us back into a normal rhythm in our life. Normal rhythm's result in normal flow, which results in normal health! Health occurs when our lives flow!


The problem is our routine is just beginning again, for most of us. It hasn't had time to take full effect. In fact, some of our new routine may even be difficult to fully establish. It isn't necessarly smooth and freely flowing. But it will! As we start sleeping more and exercising regularly and getting adjusted regularly, health too will become more regular! Health will flow as the positive routines in our life flow.


A challenge I recommend is to embrace those things that we need in our routine and dismiss the things that do not really help our routine or that are unnecessary. Productive routines will result in flow... which again, results in health! So evaluate your routine. Really include that which benefits you and your circumstances and embrace it fully. And get rid of those things that are disrupting your flow.
